Questions (snarky responses okay but I'd prefer legitimate answers, too):
the Republican party is at a low point having lost the presidency, senate, and house. I expect they will also see a loss of party support by some of the fringe elements that were attracted by the rhetoric of DT. What is next for the Republicans and how, if at all, do they try to remake the party to strengthen and grow a moderately conservative leaning base that better represents their platform?
The Republicans need some new, fresh faces to emerge now and those new faces better prepare themselves to battle for control of the party from the likes of McConnell and McCarthy. But, what else because, in my opinion, that isn't going to be enough to recover?
Full disclosure: I'm a never-Trump Republican thus my interest in the answers to these pressing questions.
